I like men, and Tilapia.

It is perfectly normal for two heterosexual woman to live together and be roommates. Okay, Utah?

Example: When Kara and I were looking for apartments in Vegas, they always assumed that we were looking for one bedroom. "Umm, no. That will be two bedrooms". Understandable though, it's vegas, right?

but in Utah (of all places) we go grocery shopping together. This is perfectly normal. So this one time, It just so happened to be Valentines Day. While we were checking out,  Kara asked If I could put the groceries in my car, because she couldn't open her trunk (it was broken). The cashier turned to us and said: "Oh, do you have a Valentines day present in there"? but she was implying that we were Valentines, and the present was for me. Eww.

And it's totally normal that we are now on a cell phone family plan. It's cheaper that way.

I need a man.

Anyway, my heterosexual roommate and I had tilapia tonight. I'm a fan, and it adds to my 2011 goal of eating more seafood, and trying new things.

Current Happenings:

1. I lost a bet to Kara.......hence:  "So you want to make out?" said the little 5'2" man.
2. The ducks we have were cute, at first. Now they are the most annoying thing, especially in the morning. I secretly want to run one over.
3. We got a microwave. We are moving up in the world.
4. I wore black nail polish today for the first time.
5. I went bed shopping with my friend, Derrick. I hope he didn't feel awkward. Everyone thought we were married. They asked him to lay down on the bed with me. Hah.
6. I purchased said bed. I don't get it until Thursday.
7. I got a new phone. I worked the system. The kid gave it to me for free, plus I get the $50 dollar rebate. Sucka.
8. I indexed over 1,000 names for the month of February. What now?

I'm not going to yield for this crossing, watch out ducks.

I personally get great enjoyment out of people thinking my friends and I are "together." I had an old roommmate Heather who I would go to the parks with all the time and I would encourage this thinking by others because it made her flip out. I also had this problem when I went bed shopping with my roomie shelly. "We are looking for two beds" we repeated over and over again!
