Jobless Addictions.

One good thing about my internship (besides the observing and it being over) is that it some how addicted me to blogging. I don't know how anything medically related connects with blogging, but it happened. Currently I'm jobless, which just adds to the addiction/obsession.

Since being jobless and moving to Utah:

1. I've read 5 books. I recommend the hunger games. I guess I'm heartless because I didn't cry through them (like most of my friends). The book is well written. It makes you think.

2. Probably most important: I've been able to get to know the malls again.

3. Had some interesting interviews.

4. Indexed: 206 names (and counting).

5. Learned to navigate through the University of Utah, the University Hospital, and the Huntsman Cancer Hospital. Cool.

6. Signed up for an institute class, and have actually attended (even though Utard singles are crazy).

7. Worked out for a week straight (until I lost the free-trial gym membership. Don't judge. I would jog or do something outside, but it's snowy and icy).

8. Updated myself with all my friend's business (fbook).

9. Have become addicted to B&D's peanut butter/chocolate shakes.

10. Played the Kinect. I will own one.

11. Tried sushi.

12. Went to Park City.

13. Went ice skating twice.

14. Went bowling.

15. Have been catching up on Arrested Development episodes. Hilarious.

16. And lastly, I've come to the realizations that:
I miss my planner.
2010 was a good year.
I miss wearing shorts and sandals.
I enjoy wearing a towel.
my nails are never-nudes..... just like Tobias on Arrested Development.
I'm going to like my bishop because he said damn over the pulpit.
I accidentally check out married men. It's not on purpose.
The kid I've been crushing on for too long, isn't the kid that I actually dig. It's his friend.
(well, actually it would be nice if I could find a mix of them both...story of my life. Oh well, college is over)

So what I'm basically saying is all I do is: Eat, poop, and sleep. I'm reverting back to my old ways. It's okay though.  I'm 100% sure that I will have a job by Monday.

The planner. Not just a calendar, good advice as well.

2 Months

Happy 25th day of the month. The 25th day means that this dude only has two more months!

Past due: Happy Christmas!

Christmas was good. We decided to try and make new traditions this year. The traditional Christmas dinner has become boring to the Browns. We had a fiesta instead. No joke. Next year I hope we actually have everyone wear a sombrero and a mustache. On Christmas Eve we had a gift exchange. Everyone had to get their gift from the local dollar store. Ghetto? Nope, Ghetto fabulous......and quite hysterical. We also ditched the traditional pie. We had an ice cream bar instead with homemade waffle cones that my mom and I made.Emi and Jon couldn't come, but Erik and Coreena were able to. It will be nice to have Glenn home for Christmas again in 2011. It's about time.

He is already eating with a fork, he is getting so big.

Letter to Santa
Gene put some treats together for Santa. The carrot is for the reindeer.
New tradition: The waffle cone
We also went to the beach on Christmas Day

We also hit up the Zoo. Perfect timing. These guys are my fav.

I love the comb over.
I spent New Years reading books to this kid. Loved it.

Graduation-December 18, 2010

Graduation has come and gone. I'm thankful that my internship is OVER. I also thought I wouldn't pass my finance class. Surprisingly, I passed with an A-. Goodbye school stress.

Just to sum up the events of graduation/my move: Dose of birth control, senior citizens, newlyweds, stress, and dysfunctional. Yep that just about sums it up. Welcome to the fam Erik, you are welcome and I'm sorry. bwahaa.

Realization: Family is the best, especially mine. I miss everyone already. The birth control really wasn't that bad, at all. I adore my nephews and niece.  I know it was quite the ordeal to get everyone to Idaho for my graduation and I appreciate the effort, and help.

The graduates (that's me!) lined up in the new BYU-I Center, the place is gorgeous. It was dedicated a day before graduation.

Utah it is. Yep, Utah. This is where I will start "life"...whatever that is. After Graduation, we packed up and moved All MY CRAP to Utah. According to a specific individual I apparently have to much. I've lived away for quite a few years, accumulation happens. After Utah we made the trek to San Diego.....in one day. It helps when there are multiple drivers, and when that specific individual lets others drive. Don't worry,  I love that specific individual.

And life begins...

Momo bloggin'

I find the following article hilarious. It's a good reminder that life is good, the gospel is true, and the book is blue...or something like that. Others know it and see it too.

..."the basic messages expressed in these blogs -- family is wonderful, life is meant to be enjoyed, celebrate the small things -- are still lovely. And if they help women like me envision a life in which marriage and motherhood could potentially be something other than a miserable, soul-destroying trap, I say, "Right on."
